Complete diet plan

Complete Diet Plan:

Week one: 500
Week two: 400
Week three:300
week four: 200

At least once a day have some 0 calorie spicy soup (cayenne pepper) to speed up metabolism.
Have at least 4 bottles of ice cold water.
Take extreme cold baths to burn extra calories.
Drink a lot of coffee to help with hunger.


Exercise plan:
10 minutes of cardio every morning when you wake up BEFORE consuming any calories.
15-20 insanity work-out

10 minutes of any other exercise before bed (like yoga)

Complete at least 300 crunches daily

I’m going to weight myself every other day. I’m going to set weight goals for every other day.

I hope this diet plan works out! I’m tired of failing.
